Rating: 1 of 5. This show is a hyperviolent lesbian teenage romance with a few zombies on the side.

I held my nose n forced myself to watch the whole thing. The first season was boring but not too ridiculously implausible, although the characters were off-the-shelf Hollywoke prefab dummies with no internal monologue–no surprise since the whole insult came from the capital of such, n all characters were selected for their political correctness according to the standard litmus test for Woke big budget productions. Very gritty n flooded with pointless, unnecessary violence calculated to damage the psyches of underage American children. This is, or course, the true purpose of the production, which would never be allowed in any civilized country that has a functioning government, something the US lost long ago, therefore atrocities like Last Of Us are daily channeled into every home in the country that has kids.

The only saving grace of the show was the attack of the zombies on the town which was actually well done n entertaining, n the sci-fi premise of cordyceps fungus infecting the minds of people to attack others to spread the fungus is just barely plausible enough to temporarily suspend one’s disbelief, n no one seems to grasp that Ellie, the only person immune to the cordyceps infection, may be an alternative adaptation of the fungus seeking to spread via homosexual contact as a way to secure a long-term symbiosis. Of course, the show never mentions this as such speculation would goes against its cultic Wokism. And why would the fungus then aggressively destroy every other living human? And as a corollary, could it be possible that homosexuality among humans over millennia has always been driven by some parasite accomplishing its life cycle in that fashion?

None of these speculations can save the show, however. Instead of dialing back its depravities, the second season went completely over the cliff in its Wokeness n pointless violence, making the whole thing not just boring but disgusting beyond words, n even more calculated to harm young minds, which is clearly Hollywood’s cinematic specialty these days. If you enjoy watching young teen lesbians touching each other in between hideous torture scenes filled with pools of blood n gore, with nary a zombie to be found, then by all means see this show, which is a cruise missile of moral n cultural mass destruction.

It must be nice to live in a real country. Maybe a government will resurrect in the US in time to restrict any third season to small private showings to sadist pedophiles n keep it off the air, but I’m not betting on that happening any more than I’m expecting Hollywood to finally slide into the Pacific to the sound of immense celebrations across the country.
