After decades of study in 6 universities, including full scholarship for a PhD in an Ivy League college, resulting in degrees in Anthropology / Archaeology, Islamic n Soviet history, n law, with a thesis n a 2-part dissertation on Islamic affairs requiring fluency in several languages, including Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, n French, accompanied by Arabic & Russian professional translating, with almost completed degrees in Business n Geology, n law practice that led to arguing Constitutional law in federal courts n doing international law practice in a half-dozen countries around the world, not to mention graduate studies in Uzbekistan n visiting mosques in both the US n overseas, which at times was a bit risky…
With this knowledge n experience there are certain things I have come to believe n a host of facts that I have reluctantly come to accept, although I am well aware that few people in the West, n especially in the ‘post-modernist’ US, will accept my conclusions. But, believing in the value of free expression of opinion n facts, however distasteful, I shall here present what I have come, however reluctantly, to understand n accept. The first of many topics follows:
ISRAEL. There is no 2-state solution possible in Palestine / Israel. The place is too small, the region too tribal, the social mores n religious beliefs of the two parties are as opposite as fire n water, or matter n anti-matter. One will win, the other will lose n be forced to depart for greener pastures elsewhere, tho their ingrained tribalism n the injunctions of Islam n Zionism will keep the fires of conflict going indefinitely. The predicament of the only other ethnic / religious minorities in the region are object lessons to the Israelis as to what will likely happen to them if they let Muslim populations encroach: Armenia is under perpetual armed siege by Muslims on three sides n will one day collapse if Russia declines to rescue Armenia. Lebanon was once Christian n independent but has since collapsed, overrun by Muslims because their traditional protector, France, declined to come to their rescue, n Lebanon has descended into a multicultural maelstrom of tribal, religious, n ethnic struggle. The Yezidis of Iraq had no foreign protector so were annihilated by Muslims n murdered in the most atrocious ways as will likely happen one day to the remaining Christians in Lebanon if they do not emigrate, leaving the Shiites n Sunnis to fight over the scraps.
The Israelis will take the entire Mid-East down with them in a nuclear holocaust before they allow the surrounding Muslim populations to encroach on Israel’s security, n after eliminating Gaza n Hezbollah (only temporarily I am sure) they have only Iran left to threaten them. Iran is Shiite n its regime, n most of its people, believe that a Ruler will one day come out of ‘occultation’, establish a dictatorship, n impose the Shii version of Sharia Law on the rest of the world by any means necessary. A favorite phrase among all Muslims is “We don’t care how many die because Allah will know His own.” Meaning: we Muslims have no fear of nuclear war because, even if everyone dies, Allah will welcome the souls of dead Muslims to paradise n send all non-Muslim souls to hell. The Islamic world does not have the same values as the West n do not see conflict n death in the same way. So forget any 2-state ‘solution’, it is a cloud dream for the uninformed n naïve, n whatever results from the current Israel-Iran conflict, nothing will be settled, n the conflict of Israel versus the Islamic world will continue into the foreseeable future because how they see their purposes in life n death are so radically different that there is no overlap. FYI, I am neither Jewish nor Christian nor Muslim, but I am familiar with all three religions.
